Editing observers

Summary

• Observers can be
• created,
• renamed,
• and deleted.
• All actions on observers can be performed by right-clicking (ctrl-clicking on Mac OS X) on them in the table of observers.
• Observer names may also be changed by double clicking on them, typing in the new name and pressing return.

Instructions

To edit observers, choose the task "browse/edit observers" in the task chooser at the upper left of the J-Bird window. A table of observers will appear in which each observer is represented by one row. You can create a new observer by clicking on the "Create observer" label. To obtain a pop-up menu that allows you to modify an observer, right-click (ctrl-click on Mac OS X) on the row that represents the observer. You may also double-click on observer names to edit them.
